Feathers and Downs are ennobled by several steps: sorting, drying, sterilization and dusting, to offer a second life to this noble material.

Sorting
The sorting process allows careful separation of the raw material (on a principle of mixing and ventilation) in different grades : feathers, small feathers, downy feather and down.
Our sorting machines are equipped with 3 and 4 chambers.
We sort up to 1000 tons of goods per year.
Sterilization
Several sterilization cycles are carried out according to the same standards as those used for new feathers and down. The products are then cooled before being packaged.
We sterilize up to 800 tons of goods per year.
